Yes, some head gears are more like – Humiliating head wear. Though it sounds non-violent, it had a gruesome effect on self-respect. Condemners were to wear animal heads on their faces and roam about all over the town.
Guess what, again women in the majority were victims of this.

And you thought being an artist was a cool idea. Certainly, people in the medieval time were very convinced with this concept. A Stock for an Artist! True. Artists were to sit in stock which could be anywhere. They were to sit there, while people will pass by them, spit and curse.
And this is when we say – Art Gone Wrong!
- Drag and Spank!
How can a spank be that bad? Are you thinking the same? But what if you were stripped and your hands were tied while someone or anyone can spank you!
These medieval guys were some real pervs!
- Dip for talking!
So, every time your wife shouts at you, what is the worse you do? The medieval men had some other technique to teach them a lesson.They took straps to tie their hands, made them sit on a chair and dip them several times in the nearest water body.
Thank God that these punishments don’t exist nowadays.
