- Bath with warm water
Now, this might surprise you. Even during summer, you must bath with slight lukewarm water. It helps to regulate body temperature and get rid of bloat feeling in your body
- Breakfast
This is the most important meal of your day. No matter what happens, you should never miss your breakfast. As per nutritionist, skipping ameal is the worst thing to do. Try to add protein like eggs, bacon or vegetable like cucumber, mushroom, cherry tomato, etc. all these are great to start your day.
Avoid sugary food!!! Oats is good; cereal is not! Make a smart breakfast choice.
- Apple
Instead of the second cup of coffee, eat an apple! As said, an apple a day, keep the doctor away. Also, give energy, boosts metabolism and keeps you awake. Never skip on your apple snack.
- Sip tea
The last thing is to have a cup of green tea. It is great for your body with high antioxidants; it just makes your body feel so much better and maintains your weight properly.
**Avoid adding milk and sugar. Those are just unwanted calories!!
